earnings. We start with cash flow — and we read it the way a physician reads
vital signs.
Financial Biology is a framework that
reframes corporate analysis using the language of living systems: circulation,
oxygen reserves, metabolic load, structural integrity, and regenerative
capacity. It's designed to cut through narrative and give you a structured,
repeatable way to assess a company's underlying health.
At the heart of our methodology is the PVS Console — a proprietary diagnostic engine that turns raw financial data into a plain-language verdict: Accumulator, Maintainer, or Bleeder.
Each layer is calibrated to the sector in question — a software company and a utility carry different structural expectations. The Console accounts for that rather than applying one-size-fits-all thresholds.

This framework wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built out of frustration — frustration with earnings narratives that obscure more than they reveal, and with analytical tools that are either too simplistic or too opaque.
Financial Biology is my attempt to build something better: a lens that's rigorous enough for professionals, intuitive enough for anyone, and transparent enough that you can judge it on its logic — not on its marketing.
